Pick up sticks with nothing on top. Buried sticks and bumps are strikes. Change controls and shapes in Settings.
Designed by Des for Stellar Whiskers.
A pile of sticks is dropped on the table, and you take them away one at a time without disturbing the rest. Only a stick with nothing on top of it can be taken, and touching another stick on the way out costs a strike. Three strikes ends the game.
Games of lifting sticks from a pile are old and found in many places, and nobody knows for sure where they began. In English the game has been called jackstraws and spillikins. Across much of Europe it's called Mikado, after the most valuable stick in the set.
Four ways to play: Classic, a timed Challenge, Color Mission (collect colours in order) and Adventure, with drifting, locked and star sticks. In Settings you can tap, drag, swipe or tilt to move sticks, give every colour its own shape for colour-blind play, and choose grey or yellow for the lightest stick.
