How to Play
Choose Your Mode
Play versus AI at Easy, Normal, or Hard. Optional 2 Players mode uses the same device.
Pick a Side
In vs AI, tap Black or Red on the board. Black always opens from the top of the board.
Move and Capture
Click a piece, then a highlighted square. Men move one square diagonally forward. If any capture is available, you must take it — including chain jumps.
Crown Kings and Win
Reach the far row to become a king (★) that moves and jumps in all four diagonals. Win by capturing every opposing piece or leaving them with no legal moves.
Captain Tips
Force Bad Captures
Offer a piece that steers your opponent into a worse position — forced jumps cut both ways.
Guard the Back Row
Pieces on your back row cannot be jumped into for crowning. Keep a couple home until the mid-game.
Trade Up for Kings
If your opponent has a king and you do not, look for even trades that open a path to the far row.
Pair Your Pieces
Two pieces supporting each other are harder to capture than lone stragglers on the edge.
